Forest Stewardship Council（FSC）

Forest Stewardship Council® chain of custody certification is able to provide assurances that the certified products come from well managed forests certified against strict practices and forest principles.

IJEN purchased almost 1,000 tons FSC paper every year for production.

Protect forest resources
FSC aims to ensure that the world's forests are properly protected and  avoid excessive logging and destruction.

Contains a minimum of 20% Soy oil by volume

Showing deeper, brighter and richer colors

Low levels of volatile organic compounds（VOC） 

The deinking process of soy ink is more effective than petroleum ink.

Soy-based inks are four times more biodegradable than petroleum based inks.

• PLA
Industrially Compostable
BioPak PLA is certified industrially compostable to Australian and European Standards (AS4736 and EN13432). This means under commercial composting conditions PLA plastics will breakdown within 12 weeks, making it a more environmental choice than traditional plastics which could take centuries to breakdown into small bits, eventually creating micro plastics.

Lower Carbon Footprint
PLA bioplastic produces 80% less greenhouse gas emissions and uses approximately 52% less non-renewable energy (NREU)  compared to conventional plastic derived from fossil resources.

• Paper Pulp Tray
Made from 100% biodegradable & compostable material, sugarcane fiber(as known as bagasse), bamboo fibre, wood pulp, recycled paper pulp and other natural plant fiber.

Heidelberg 7+1 UV printer + YinTong color management system
Use less consumable items, can save 62,400pcs paper to debug machine.
Efficiency from 6000~7500pcs/h to 9500~15000 pcs/h.
Heidelberg CTP uses power consumption 30% less than other CTPs.
UV LED system uses LED lamp to reduce power consumption and ozone emissions compared to the traditional mercury lamp.
